Work proceeds through engineering discipline, scientific rigor, materials development, resource transformation, and qualification. Each step is a controlled activity. This site does not publish process windows or laboratory methods.
Public communication stays inside what can be supported. Hypotheses are not presented as validated results. Restricted information stays off the public website.
